SPS Rathore being stripped off his coveted presidents medal, proceedings issued by Union government. Ruchika’s case is to be reopened at the request of central government by the haryana government says Veerappa Moily, Union Law Minister.

Rathore harassed Ruchika’s family consistently after she commited suicide at the age of 19 because of being molested by him.
