2010 bad for Sania Mirza
Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza’s engagement to Mohammed Sohrab Mirza was called off by her father Imran, who coaches her and manages her career. The 23-year-old Hyderabadi had got engaged to 24-year-old Sohrab who is from an influential business family in July last year. Mohammed is now studying business in UK, and they have been long time friends and formally engaged.
Sania simply refused to answer any of the media question but didn’t denied that the engagement was off. She just said “We were friends for half a decade, but found ourselves incompatible during our engagement period. I wish Sohrab the best in life,”
Sania is a popular athlete and spends most of her times on tours. It was a question among them that would he be able to cope up with her demands even before engagement. She has surrounded herself with family and friends to cope up with the situation. She had struggled the differences for few weeks but still has not come up with it which is clear with her results on court.
FED CUP ASIA OCEANIA GROUP II COMPETETION has given her the chance to prove that she can make up with all that and she is comfortable on courts. Competition is starting on February 2nd for which she flew to Kuala Lampur late on Friday.
